 | Our Quality Assurance – ISO 20252 Our quality system has been accredited to British Standards since 2001 and in January 2007, we became one of the first 10 research companies in the UK to achieve the international research industry standard, ISO 20252. We have been successfully re-accredited each year an inspection visit. Our quality system ensures the highest professional standards in research design, resource allocation, customer communications, data analysis and reporting. From our customers’ viewpoint it means you can be sure that research projects are well designed, well managed and deliver evidence you can rely on.  | Our Code of Conduct - Market Research Society (MRS) RCU has been conducting research in line with the research industry Code of Conduct since its inception and is a Company Partner of the Market Research Society.  | Our Data Security – Commitment to ISO 27001 RCU is currently working towards accreditation under ISO/IEC 27001. This is the only auditable international standard that defines the requirements for an Information Security Management System (ISMS). We are adopting international standard data security controls and Security Management Systems. As a client, this means you can be sure that any data you supply to us or that we hold on your behalf is safe, protected and subject to strict access controls. As part of its commitment to data security, we have built a Secure File Transfer System which enables the secure transfer of data between us and you, avoiding risky e-mail attachments, CDs data keys or other storage devices.
