Awarding Bodies can draw on RCU's expertise in analysing learner records and other datasets to obtain comprehensive analysis of the qualifications landscape including identification of Market Share for particular qualifications or learner groups and 3 year trends. Additionally, RCU has undertaken research into providers' and stakeholders' experiences and their satisfaction with the customer service provided. The case-study below is an illustration of the ways we may be able to help you - this project was commissioned by a major Awarding Body to establish levels of customer satisfaction and likely future demand in particular subject areas.
