PCDL Providers
RCU can support the work of PCDL providers in a number of ways including building PCDL Partnerships and identifying how current funding is targeted towards priority areas. We can benchmark provision in one area with the offer and uptake in a comparator area, identified using a combination of socio-demographic factors. RCU has also undertaken fees analysis and compared fee levels e.g. with learners' postcodes to cross-tabulate fees charged against localities with high levels of deprivation and areas of relative affluence. Smarter fees Toolkit
