What I Do

I am a member of the strategic consultancy team with a focus on strategic evaluations and measuring the impact of policies, programmes and initiatives. I also have a sectoral lead in land-based learning and rural issues, sector skills councils and employer engagement.

As a Strategic Consultant, I have led major research and consultancy projects for a wide range of government departments and public sector agencies including the Learning and Skills Council, Local Authorities, the Association of Colleges, Landex and Cultiva. I have also worked with RCU colleagues in a project team to deliver projects for the Qualifications & Curriculum Authority, the Learning and Skills Improvement Service and Regional Development Agencies.

In 2009 I was elected to the Board of RCU by my colleagues / fellow shareholders.

My Background

Prior to joining RCU I worked in TECs and the Learning and Skills Council in a planning and performance role. I managed large scale employer and household surveys and was heavily involved in Strategic Area Reviews and OfSTED inspections. I am a qualified Prince 2 project management practitioner.
