Once again RCU, in partnership with Ipsos Mori are extremely pleased to have been commissioned to carry out the Skills Funding Agency, FE Choices Learner Satisfaction Survey (2016-17). RCU will be carrying out the data analysis on all surveys collected through both the completed online and paper based surveys. We will also be developing the individual provider reports which are to be released by the Skills Funding Agency on completion of the survey.
About the FE Choices Learner Satisfaction Survey
The FE Choices learner satisfaction survey runs from November 2016 to April 2017 and is aimed at gathering information on a number of performance measures to inform future learners what different colleges and training provider are like. The information collected directly from current learners provides insight on:
- The overall learner satisfaction rating of providers;
- Quality of teaching;
- Support given on the course;
- Quality of information given to inform choice of courses;
- Staff listening to the views of learners;
- Advice on options after completing the course;
- Likelihood of recommending the learning provider to friends or family.
To find out more about the survey visit Gov.UK.
In addition to the data analysis and reporting, RCU will be responsible for processing all completed paper based questionnaires.
