Helping the education, training and skills sectors to achieve maximum responsiveness and build their reputation, we undertake stakeholder surveys and client consultations for individual learning providers, planning and funding agencies as well as by awarding bodies.
Developments such as 14-19 Partnerships, Diplomas, Train2Gain and Contestability all underline the need to be aware of your reputation. Surveys can be carried out via self-completion questionnaire or by telephone, where the options range from tightly structured interviews to a more open and in-depth exploration of perceptions, experiences and issues. Focus groups are also available for gathering stakeholders' views.
