Employers
In response to the employer engagement and skills agendas, including Train2Gain, we help providers as well as planning and funding bodies by carrying out surveys of employers. Surveys can be conducted by post, on-line or by telephone. Surveys can be used to establish employers' training needs, including skills shortages and skills gaps, satisfaction with training provided, practice in sourcing training and awareness of new support programmes. We also provide qualitative research solutions, such as interviews and focus groups.
