We have used RCU’s benchmarked Staff Survey service for a number of years now since 2009. Collect views on employee satisfaction and morale by department and staff characteristic such as age, gender, full-time vs part-time, department or length of service. You can also explore whether staff feel things are improving or getting worse and compare their response against views of staff at other colleges.
Our surveys are run online with an optional paper survey backup for hard to reach staff without easy access to the internet. We offer a set range of topical questionnaire modules which offer sector benchmarking however we can also tailor questions and include a bespoke module for you if required.
