Our consultancy support is wide ranging and is driven by the needs of our clients. It is underpinned by our data analysis and research infrastructure and builds on our years of experience in the education, training and skills sector. The focus, format and duration are dependent on you and may evolve over time.
We can offer consultancy to enable you to:
• achieve targets and increase income;
• assess the feasibility of a new development/initiative;
• develop a new initiative, perhaps in partnership with others;
• drive efficiencies and improve effectiveness;
• enhance links with the local community;
• establish stakeholders views;
• evaluate the outcomes of a programme of activity;
• identify routes to competitive advantage.
We can act in various roles including critical friend, facilitator, honest broker or trainer. We have even developed bespoke online toolkits.

10 Step guide to maximising fee income
We are always happy to discuss with potential clients what they want and the most cost-effective way of getting a result for them. Once we start a project, we have tried and tested project management methods so we ensure there are no overruns on cost. We will also be in touch with you to give regular updates, so we can find 'workarounds' if things don't go exactly as intended.
Our base is in the North West, but our client base is all around the UK.
We work for a wide range of organisations in the public sector, mainly. Historically, our focus has been on the post-16 education sector where we have carried out assignments for both individual providers such as colleges or local authorities but we have also done research on behalf of Awarding Bodies and national government departments.
