AoC member colleges in England can now access and gain valuable insight from a suite of new benchmarked data reports.  These new reports, have been built using 2022/23 R08 ILR data and options available to the colleges include:

  •  – In-Year Retention
  •  – Apprenticeships – Monthly Profile
  •  – Apprenticeships – Technical Route by Level

In-Year Retention

The R08 MiDES In-Year Retention Report enables you to review and compare retention within your own college with the national picture and other selected comparator groups (such as by region, provider type, deprivation band).

You can compare learner retention for the period Sep 2022 through to March 2023, by a range of options including subject area and qualification level, learner characteristic (gender, ethnicity, LLDD), qualification type for both 16-19 funded and adult funded learner groups.

Apprenticeships – Monthly Profile

The Apprenticeships – Monthly Profile chart enable you to compare the overall number of apprenticeship starts, on-programme, completions and withdrawals at your college, with the national picture and other selected comparator groups (including by region, rurality and provider type).

Using the filters you can also review and compare the monthly profile apprenticeships by age band and learner characteristic.

Apprenticeships – Technical Route by Level

This chart enable you to compare the profile of apprenticeships by technical route and qualification level at your college, with the national picture and other selected comparator groups (including by region, rurality and provider type).

Again, you can also use the filters to drill down further by selecting age band and learner characteristic.
