We are pleased to announce the latest updates to our Vector platform, a powerful data insight tool used by over 80% of Further Education Colleges in England.
As part of our ongoing commitment to supporting curriculum planning and strategic decision-making, we’ve rolled out a range of new features and updates that are available to all Vector subscribers.
Here’s a summary of the recent updates:
2023/24 Learner Data Integration
Vector now includes the latest 2023/24 learner data, ensuring users have access to the most up-to-date information.
Four Year Trends
With four years of data, the latest update allows for comprehensive trend analysis and insight into changing learner demographics and preferences.
New College Summary Page
The new College Summary Page offers a clear overview of your institution’s market share across key areas: 16-19 funded learners, adult learners, and apprenticeships. This empowers colleges to assess their competitive position in both geographical and curriculum areas, identify trends, and uncover growth opportunities. Check out this short video introducing the College Summary Page: Watch the video here.
Travel Time Analysis Mapping Tool
The new Travel Time Isochrone Mapping Tool helps colleges better understand how far learners can travel to reach their campuses and compare the recruitment overlap with neighboring institutions, to identify areas of potential competition and opportunities to improve accessibility. You can view a quick overview of the Travel Time Mapping Tool here: Watch the video here.
New Look
We’ve also given Vector a new look and enhanced navigation around the tool to ensure colleges have quick and easy access the data they need to support their planning and strategic goals.
